Achei ótimo, os lugares, a guia turistica, o unico problema foi quanto ao ônibus que estava com a água provavelmente do ar condicionado vazando para dentro do veículo, onde quando o onibus balançada, virava uma cachoeira nos passageiros, porém entendo que é um problema pontual, já fui em outra viagem com vocês e foi ótimo, totalmente recomendo pros meus amigos, como já fiz umas vezes!

Vocês vendem o que não é real, comprei o pacote pensando que tinha guia para nós levar aos pontos turísticos e acompanhar na visita. Entretanto o que vi não foi isso. Chegando lá somos largados sozinhos para se virar... ficamos sem informações nenhuma e, o tal do guia sumiu logo na porta do ônibus. Eu, que estava sozinha... foi horrível! Quando se diz que tem guia , o guia e para acompanhar.

Fiquei insatisfeita não com a cidade porém a viagem nem pela vou de trip q fez...fiz a compra e não sou eu mas várias pessoas insatisfeita por q ficamos sem suporte algum... quando fazemos a compra vcs não informa q não são vcs q fazem a viagem, a pessoa fica sem respaldo ou informação...como a primeira impressão é a q fica eu não gostei e não indico a vou de trip para ninguém ! Fomos com a agencia E&M e tivemos vários problemas, atraso de 1h para sairmos da rodoviária, tinha parada para o café, não teve; retorno programado com todos as 16:30 e proprio guia chegou 1h denovo atrasado e ainda foram tomar banho. E para finalizar o ônibus quebrou na volta, deixando todos na estrada Guarulhos sem nem um apoio ou orientação cada um chamou o carro app para ir embora
